Who we are

The poultry farm in Hwange behind the birds.

Five years raising big chickens in the Gwango area of Hwange — for families, butcheries, lodges and kitchens across Matabeleland North.

5 years farming in Hwange

Our story

One bet, five years ago.

Councillor George Mpala started Praivic and Netbrite Investment on a simple idea: feed the birds properly, price them so people can actually afford them, and let word of mouth do the selling.

That is roughly what happened. What began as a handful of birds is now a working poultry farm in Hwange supplying households buying for Sunday, butcheries buying to resell, and lodges and canteens that need the same number every month without having to chase anyone for it.

Nothing here is outsourced. You message the owner, you get the owner — and that is unlikely to change as we grow.

Councillor George Mpala Founder & Owner

Our founder

The man who answers the phone.

Councillor George Mpala founded Praivic and Netbrite Investment and still runs it day to day. He set the standard the farm is judged on — birds grown to full size, priced so a family and a reseller can both make the numbers work.

When you message this chicken supplier in Hwange, he is who replies. Quantities, prices and delivery days are agreed with him directly, which is why orders here do not get lost in a queue.

Our quality

Big birds are not an accident.

Size comes from time and feed, not luck. This is what we hold ourselves to on every batch that leaves the farm:

  • Birds stay on feed until they are properly grown, never rushed off early.
  • Clean, well-ventilated pens with fresh water on tap all day.
  • Slaughtering and cleaning done on site, the same morning you collect.
  • Every order checked over by hand before it leaves the farm.
  • One price agreed up front — no surprises when you arrive.

How ordering works

Three steps. Nothing to chase.

  1. Send a number

WhatsApp, call, or use the enquiry form. Say how many chickens and whether you want them live or dressed.

  2. We price it and set a day

We check what is ready in the pens, quote you for that quantity, and agree a collection date.

  3. Collect, or we deliver

Come through and load up — or, on a large order, sit tight and we will bring it to you.
